摘要
目的:探讨右美托咪定与地佐辛联用对瑞芬太尼复合麻醉患者术后痛觉过敏的预防效果。方法:选取80例行瑞芬太尼行复合麻醉的患者,均为我院2014年9月~2016年3月收治,随机分组,在结束手术前30min,就静注地佐辛(对照组,n=40)与静注右美托咪啶联合地佐辛(观察组,n=40)麻醉指标进行比较。结果:观察组术后不同时间点疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),均无严重不良反应。结论:针对瑞芬太尼行复合麻醉的患者,应用右美托咪啶联合地佐辛,可对术后痛觉过敏预防,有较高安全性。
Objective：To investigate the effects of dexmedetomidine combined with dezocine and preventive effect of remifentanil combined anesthesia in patients with postoperative hyperalgesia. Methods：80 cases of remifentanil anesthesia in patients were admitted in our hospital from September 2014 to March 2016,were randomly divided into two groups,at the end of 30 min before surgery,then intravenous dezocine（control group n =40） and dexmedetomidine combined with dezocine（observation group,n =40） compared to anesthesia. Results：the pain scores at different time points in the observation group were lower than those in the control group（P〈0.05）,and there were no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion：Remifentanil for anesthesia for patients,application of dexmedetomidine combined with the two,on the prevention of postoperative hyperalgesia,and with high safety.
