摘要 奶牛围产期代谢紊乱是影响奶牛健康和生产性能的主要因素,探寻奶牛围产期营养代谢调控作用和机理是保证奶牛健康,提高生产性能,保证牧场经济效益的重要基础。本文深入分析了奶牛围产期能量代谢的调控机理,指出奶牛产后葡萄糖代谢失衡是引起奶牛围产期代谢紊乱的根本原因,并进行了详细论述。充分认识奶牛产后葡萄糖代谢失衡理论,对奶牛脂肪肝病、酮病及产后失重的预防和治疗具有指导意义,对奶业的健康发展具有重要意义。 Metabolic disturbance of perinatal cows is the main factor that affects the health and performance of dairy cows. It is important to explore the regulation function and mechanism of nutrient metabolism during perinatal period to ensure the health of dairy cows, improve the performance and the economic benefit of pasture. This article analyzes the regulation mechanism of energy metabolism in perinatal cows, points and discusses detailedly thatglucose is the basic reason of metabolic disturbance in perinatal cows. The theory has a guiding significance to prevent and treat fatty liver disease and ketosis and prevent postpartum weightlessness, and has a great significance to the healthy development of dairy industry.
