摘要
本试验选取50只胎次、预产期、体重相近的健康妊娠后期母羊,随机分成5组。第一、二、三组在基础日粮中依次添加15g/(头·天)、25g/(头·天)、50g/(头·天)的过瘤胃葡萄糖;第四组在基础日粮中分别添加过瘤胃葡萄糖25g/(头·天)、过瘤胃胆碱3g/(头·天)、过瘤胃赖氨酸15g/(头·天)、过瘤胃蛋氨酸5g/(头·天);第五组为饲喂基础日粮的对照组。试验期150天。试验结果表明:产前2周:第二组和第四组,母羊血清葡萄糖(GLU)浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。尿素氮(UREA)浓度随着过瘤胃葡萄糖浓度的增加而降低,其中第二组,第三组和第四组较对照组血清中UREA浓度显著下降(P<0.05)。产后2周,所有添加组较对照组Ca;浓度显著增加(P<0.05)。随着过瘤胃葡萄糖浓度梯度增加,血清中胰岛素(INS)浓度随之增加,且产羔当日和产后2周第三组显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而胰高血糖素的浓度的变化与INS相反。产前2周,血清中雌二醇(E2)浓度逐渐升高,与对照组相比,显著升高(P<0.05)。产羔当日和产后2周,母羊血清中E2水平继续下降,但第二组,第四组,显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。第二组及第四组血清中促卵泡激素释放激素(FSH)和促黄体素(LH)浓度最高,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05),但这两组间没有显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:过瘤胃葡萄糖和过瘤胃组合物均有很好的改善母羊妊娠期血液指标的作用。建议将过瘤胃葡萄糖添加量设在25~50g/天·头之间,其效果较好。
50 healthy ewes in late pregnancy with similar parity,due date and weight were rando mLy divided into 5 groups.The first and second groups were fed basal diet supplemented with 15g/(head·d),25g/(head·d)and 50g/(head·d)rumen bypass glucose,respectively;In group 4,rumen bypass glucose 25 g/(head·d),rumen bypass choline 3 g/(head·d),rumen bypass lysine 15g/(head·d)and rumen bypass methionine 5g/(head·d)were added to the basic diet respectively;Group 5 was the control group fed basic diet.The trial period was 150 days(from the last two months of pregnancy to weaning).The results showed that the serum GLU concentration of ewes in group 2 and group 4 was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The concentration of urea decreased with the increase of rumen bypass glucose concentration.The concentration of urea in group 2,group 3 and group 4 decreased significantly compared with the control group(P<0.05).Two weeks after delivery,the concentration of Ca in all added groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).With the increase of rumen glucose concentration gradient,serum insulin(INS)concentration increased,and the third group on lambing day and 2 weeks postpartum was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),while the change of glucagon concentration was opposite to INS.Two weeks before delivery,the concentration of estradiol(E2)in serum gradually increased,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).On the day of lambing and two weeks after delivery,the serum E2 level of ewes continued to decline,but the level of E2 in group 2 and group 4 was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The concentrations of serum follicle stimulating hormone releasing hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)in group 2 and group 4 were the highest,which was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Rumen bypass glucose and rumen bypass compo
