摘要
利用电感耦合等离子体光谱仪,对不锈钢中Ta元素含量进行测定。选择263.558 nm做为Ta元素的分析谱线。通过试验确立了Ta元素分析方法和仪器分析条件:选择标准加入法做为分析方法;仪器分析条件分别为:功率1.25 k W,雾化器压力200 k Pa,观测高度13 mm,读数时间5.00 s/次。通过准确度和精密度实验,验证了该方法的可行性,此方法回收率为108%,精密度为7.01%。用本方法测定Ta元素的检出限为0.0002%。
The content of Ta in stainless steels was studied by ICP-OES. 263. 558 nm was chosen for the analytical line. The analysis method and instrument conditions were built,the standard addition method was chosen. The instrument conditions were as follows: power was 1. 25 k W,nebulizer pressure was 200 k Pa,observed altitude was 13 mm,reading duration was 5 s,respectively. The method was verified through accuracy and precision tests,the recovery was 108% and the precision was 7. 01%. The detection limit of Ta was 0. 0002%.
