摘要
利用ICP-AES(电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪)研究了铝青铜合金中的锰元素的测定方法,对仪器参数、分析谱线、共存元素等因素进行了分析讨论,确定了合适的谱线,基本解决了待测元素间干扰与基体元素的干扰,并对铜合金标样进行精密度和回收实验.结果表明,相对标准偏差小于5%,标准加入回收率在95%~105%,该方法快速简捷,准确度高.
This paper studies Mn determining in aluminum bronze alloy by ICP-AES.The selections of the analytical wave-length,the co-existent elements and instrumental parameters are discussed by identifying the appropriate wave-lengths.We basically solve the interference among the subjected elements and base elements.The aluminum bronze samples are recycled for precision and recovery experiments.Results show that the relative standard deviation is lower than 5 % with recoveries ranging from 95 %~105 %.
