摘要
建立了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定食用植物提取物中Li,Pb,Cd,As,Cr,Al,Ba,Be,Co,Cu,Fe,Mn,Ni,Se,Rb,Sr,Zn,Cs,V,Hg微量元素的方法。样品经微波消解后,在线加入^(209)Bi,^(115)In,^(72)Ge和^(45)Sc内标混合溶液有效消除了基体干扰和仪器信号漂移。各元素校正曲线的相关系数均大于0.999,检出限在0.008~0.087μg/g之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)不高于4.0%。标准物质的测定值均在标准要求范围内,表明结果准确。
An analysis method using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP- MS) with microwave digestion for determination of 20 trace elements in edible plant extracts,including Li,Pb,Cd,As,Cr,Al,Ba,Be,Co,Cu,Fe,Mn,Ni,Se,Rb,Sr,Zn,Cs,V and Hg was established. After microwave digestion of the samples,the internal standard mixture solution209 Bi,115In,72 Ge and45Sc were added online to eliminate the matrix effect and signal drift of the instrument. The results showed that all of the correlation coefficients were higher than 0. 999. The detection limits were in the range of 0. 008 ~ 0. 087 μg / g,the relative standard deviations( RSD,n = 6) were below 4. 0%. The recoveries were88. 0% ~ 104. 0%. The results for the analysis of all elements in certified reference materials were all in the range of standard values.
