摘要
采用溶剂法提取提取川芎中活性成分,以阿魏酸提取率为指标,通过正交试验法优化提取工艺条件,并对提取物体外抗氧化性能进行了研究。试验结果显示:15倍乙醇做提取剂,回流1.5 h,回流3次时提取率最高;在一定范围内,随川芎提取物浓度的升高,其总还原能力,对超氧自由基、羟基自由基的清除率,以及对酪氨酸酶抑制率均有不同程度的升高,且呈明显的剂量关系。表明川芎活性成分具有良好的体外抗氧化性能。
Alcohol was used as extracting agent from Chuanxiong. Conditions for the extraction were studied by orthogonal experimental design,with the extraction rate of ferulic acid as the index. Moreover,the study of effective components from Chuanxiong anti- oxidation was conducted. Experimental results indicated that when the extraction parameters were composed of 15-fold amount of alcohol,1. 5 h and 3 times,the yield of ferulic acid was maximum. It also showed that with the extractions concentration increasing,the effects of radicals scavenging and tyrosinase activity inhibiting were strengthened,which showed an obvious dose- effect relationship. The results demonstrated that effective components of Chuanxiong had significant anti-oxidative activity.
