摘要
在大型桥梁上运行的液体黏滞阻尼器必须具有良好的耐久性和抗疲劳能力。耐久性指标是阻尼器性能的综合体现。本文从液体黏滞阻尼器的设计原理及生产工艺的技术要求出发,结合龙江大桥阻尼器的实施策略,对阻尼器的设计过程、技术关键、生产管理进行了讨论,并着重对阻尼装置的耐久性问题进行了剖析。本文可供阻尼器生产厂家参考,利于提高产品耐久性和使用年限,也可供结构工程师更多地认识阻尼器的构造原理以及生产过程,以便在设计分析工作中,进一步提高选用、布置既技术先进又经济合理的液体黏滞阻尼器。
Viscous dampers operated on a large bridge must be durable and against fatigue successfully. Durability is a combined index for damper performances. Based on the design principle and production technology of viscous dampers,integrated with the case study of fluid viscous damper design for Longjiang Bridge,the design process,the technical key points,and the management regulations of fluid viscous dampers are introduced,and in additionally the durability problems of viscous dampers are discussed. This article can provide referencefor damper manufacturers to improve the production durability and elongate operating life periods,and can also help structural engineers in selection,design and analysis the economically reasonable and technically advanced fluid viscous dampers.
