摘要
介绍了近30年海洋石油勘探开发11起典型事故,分析了引发事故的主要原因,提出了加强海洋石油平台安全风险管控措施和监管策略。
Based on the analysis of hazardous factors on the offshore oil platform, 11 classical accidents during offshore petroleum exploration in the latest 30 years were briefly introduced. The main reasons for those accidents were analyzed and risk control meas- urement and monitor strategy were proposed to en- hance safety on the offshore oil.
