摘要
采用4-(2-癸酰基氧乙氧基羰基氧)苯磺酸钠(DECOBS)作为棉织物过氧化氢漂白活化剂,研究棉织物低温漂白工艺的可行性,探讨了过氧化氢、DECOBS和稳定剂用量,漂白温度等工艺对棉织物白度的影响,测试了漂白织物的顶破强力、上染率和染色K/S值。结果显示:DECOBS/过氧化氢活化体系低温漂白工艺可获得接近常规漂白的效果,且对织物的损伤小,顶破强力较大,同时漂白前后织物上染率和K/S值接近,最佳工艺为DECOBS 6 g/L,过氧化氢10 g/L,稳定剂植酸钠4 g/L,漂白温度60℃,漂白时间60 min。
The feasibility of low temperature bleaching process of cotton fabric was studied by using4-(2-decyloxyethoxycarbonyloxy) benzenesulfonate(DECOBS) as a hydrogen peroxide bleaching activator for cotton fabrics. The effects such as dosage of hydrogen peroxide, DECOBS and stabilizers, bleaching temperature and time on whiteness of cotton fabrics were studied, and bursting strength, dyeing performance, K/S value of bleached fabric were tested. The results showed that DECOBS/hydrogen peroxide activation system of low temperature bleaching process could get close bleaching effect to the conventional process, and the fabric damage was small and the bursting strength was high. Meanwhile, the dyeing percentage and K/S value were close to unbleached cotton fabrics. The optimum bleaching process was DECOBS 6 g/L, hydrogen peroxide 10 g/L, phytic acid sodium 4 g/L, bleaching at 60 ℃ for 60 min.
