摘要
喷口材料的性能直接影响着断路器的开断特性,为研究喷口材料的耐烧蚀性能,文中设计了一套直流电弧发生装置,可以产生电压、电流、时间、弧长可控的直流电弧,在电弧轴向中充入气流模拟断路器吹弧对聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的烧蚀,以PTFE材料经受一次电弧烧蚀所损失的质量作为其烧蚀性能的指标。结果表明:稳定燃烧的直流电弧呈现负电阻特性,PTFE的烧蚀量随着电弧电流的增大而增大,随着电弧功率的增加而增大,在电弧中充入气流,电弧燃烧不稳定,并且气流可以明显减少电弧对PTFE的烧蚀量。
The performance of nozzle material directly affects the characteristic of circuit breaker. To investigate the ablation resistance of nozzle material of a circuit breaker, a DC electric arc generator is designed with controllable arc voltage, current,length and time. Air flow is blown into the electric arc along axial direction to simulate the PTFE ablation in circuit breaker, and the mass loss of PTFE after suffering arc ablation is taken as an indicator of its ablative performance. The results show that: 1) the DC arc with stable combustion presents negative resis- tance characteristic; 2) the mass loss of PTFE increases with increasing are current and are power; and 3) the arc becomes unstable when blowing air flow, and the air flow can significantly reduce the arc ablation of PTFE.
