摘要
以云母冰凉纤维、闪光扁平阳离子涤纶、苎麻、羊毛与粘胶等多种原料,采用赛络纺新型纺纱方式做成竹节纱,再组合吸湿排汗丝为经纱主体纱线,与同细度的阳离子粘胶仿麻纱、蓝彩纱以及阳离子粘胶纱设计色经排列,交织阳离子粘胶高收缩彩纬纱,从原料组合、色彩、组织质地、风格、面料织造与染色技术要点等元素入手,制定面料设计方案,分析各组分在"冰凉一夏"主题织物创新设计中的优势,对织物的织造和染整工艺措施进行了详述,制织成具有冰凉滑爽风格的夏季系列织物,该研究成果可为企业在设计开发产品方面提供参考。
The research focused on the design of Ice-Cool summer theme fabric. The production of the fabric was discussed and illustrated the future and developing trend of the Ice-Cool summer theme fabric in this paper. This fabric was made of Ice-Cool ramie slub yarn blending with moisture absorbable and breathable polyester fibers. The applying merits of the multi-components were analyzed in the theme creative design. A detailed exploration of the technical programs and measures in producing Ice-Cool fabric concerning on raw material combination,color,style,weave texture,style,weaving and dyeing technological design elements was discussed here. By strictly controlling each process, the entire production was in smooth,the formed fabric had natural and rough style with good glittering luster,ramie handle and high value-added,which will bring a good reference guide for enterprises.
