摘要
建立不动产统一登记制度,是落实十八届三中全会精神的重要举措,是完善社会主义市场经济体制、建设现代市场体系的必然要求。基础数据建设为不动产统一登记确权工作的开展提供工作底图,为各类界址点、界址线划定提供定位定向基准。本文介绍不动产统一登记基础数据建设采集的内容与技术流程,分析影响基础数据质量的因素,并在此基础上提出质量保证措施。
Building a unified registration system is not only one of the important measures to carry out the spirit of the third plenary session of the eighteenth,but also a need to improve the socialist market economy.Basic data construction has provided unified registration system with reference,exactly helps to set the boundary at places and efficiently promotes the progress of unified registration work.This paper introduces contents and technical process of data acquisition of unified registration,analyzes factors influencing the data quality,and corresponding quality guarantee measurements are put forward on the basis of the above.
