摘要
本文采用灰化法,湿法两种方法处理样品,ICP-AES法测定天然滑子蘑中磷元素的含量。并对两种方法进行比较,两种方法并没有显著性的差异,相对标准偏差为1.03%,3.87%。平均回收率为95.3%,103.6%。
This article uses the ashing method and wet method processing samples, Determination of phosphorus elements in natural mushroom by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Compare the two methods, two methods have not significant difference, the relative standard deviation is 1.03%, 3.87%. The average recoveries is 95.3% and 103.6%.
