摘要
以离子液体化学修饰介孔硅(MCF-IL)为掺杂,制备出一种新型的碳糊电极(MCFIL/CPE),并研究了多巴胺(DA)、尿酸(UA)和抗坏血酸(AA)在该碳糊电极上的电化学行为。结果表明,DA、UA和AA在MCF-IL/CPE电极上分别表现出良好的电化学响应,而且三者的电化学信号互相不干扰,为三者的同时测定奠定基础,并进一步探究了DA、UA和AA在MCF-IL/CPE的电化学响应,确定了MCF-IL与石墨粉的最佳比例。结果表明,MCF-IL用量为17%和25%时,DA、UA和AA具有良好的电化学响应信号。在同时测定DA、UA和AA时,可以将MCF-IL用量固定为17%或25%。
In this study, a novel mesoporous silica-carbon paste electrodes (MCF-IL/CPE) was prepared by adding the dopant of ionic liquid functionalized mesoporous MCF in the carbon paste. The electrochemical response of ascorbic acid (AA), dopamine (DA) and uric acid (UA) at MCF-IL/CPE electrode was studied. The experiment results showed MCF-IL modified carbon paste electrode displayed good electrochemical catalytic activities towards AA, DA and UA, which could be completely separated in ternary mixture. Moreover, we have researched the Optimal quantity of MCF-IL applied in the carbon paste. When the content of MCF-IL is 17% or 25%, DA, AA and UA had the larger oxidation peak current, indicating the scales were appropriate to achieve the simultaneous electrochemical determination of AA, DA and UA Sensitively.
