双功能膨胀弹性体制备与性能评价

摘要 双功能膨胀弹性体的耐温抗盐性能决定该类封隔器的密封效果。利用丙烯酸钠与丙烯酰胺共聚制备出吸水树脂,将其与氢化丁腈橡胶混制得到耐盐吸水双功能膨胀弹性体。室内评价了盐溶液种类、浓度以及环境温度对该类弹性体吸水膨胀倍率的影响。结果表明:合成的交联型双功能膨胀弹性体耐温抗盐性能良好,在矿化度40000 mg/L的地层水(油)中的吸水倍率达到195%,吸油膨胀率为300%;盐溶液中阳离子浓度越大、化合价越高,双功能膨胀弹性体的吸水性能越差;在120℃下,弹性体的吸水膨胀性能较好,当温度升至175℃时,其达到失水平衡。 Heat and salinity tolerance of swollen rubber for the packer sealing effect plays the decision role. Preparation of absorbent resin with sodium acrylate and acrylamide copolymerization to improve heat and salinity tolerance, Hydrogenated nitrile rubber and water absorbent resin was prepared from water swellable rubber. The effects of ionic concentration, type and temperature on the swelling ratio were investigated, The results showed that the swelling ratio of bifunctional swollen rubber remark -ably decreased with higher ions valence and with increasing concentration of salt solution. The highest swelling rate was obtained at 120℃ ,both in water and in 50000mg/L formation water, water swellable rubber still maintain good flexibility and toughness in the temperature of 120%. the swelling ratio is still 500%. bifunctional swollen rubber achieve loss water balance when the environment temperature reach 175℃.
