摘要
膨胀橡胶在国外从2001年开始应用于油气田,如今这项技术还处于不断完善的过程中,为此,系统地介绍了国外一种新型封隔器——膨胀橡胶封隔器(简称为SEP),它没有活动部件,结构简单,使用方便。膨胀橡胶封隔器的胶筒在遇到油或水时会自发膨胀,充填原先被油、水占据的空间并具有承受一定压差的能力。这项技术现已广泛应用于国外油气田的固井、完井、酸化压裂等领域。膨胀橡胶封隔器用于固井工程中可以应对钻井液窜槽和微间隙带来的地层流体上窜等问题。最后还列举了膨胀橡胶封隔器的应用情况,证明了膨胀橡胶封隔器在固井工程中的应用价值。
A exotic new-type packer named Swell Elastomer Packer(SEP) was systematically introduced,which has the advantages of no moving parts,simple structure and conveniency for using.The rubber element of SEP will swell naturally to seal the space which was full of oil or water and obtain the ability of holding pressure difference when contact with oil or water.This technology has been widely used in many provinces such as cementation,completion,acid fracturing in foreign oil field.Application of SEP in cementing can supply help to solve the crossflow issues that caused by mud-channeling and micro annulus.Finally,case histories were provided to show the application value of SEP in cementation.
