摘要
用稻秆制得的微晶纤维素对聚乙烯醇薄膜进行改性。考察了微晶纤维素添加量对微晶纤维素/聚乙烯醇复合膜性能的影响。结果表明,随着微晶纤维素含量的增加,复合膜的拉伸强度和断裂伸长率呈现先增加后降低的趋势,当微晶纤维素质量分数为5%时,这两种力学性能达到最好。同时微晶纤维素的加入,也可以明显提高聚乙烯醇薄膜的热稳定性。
The polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) films is modified by microcrystalline cellulose prepared by rice straw. Effects of microcrystalliner cellulose on the properties of micro- crystalline cellulose/PVA composite films were investigated. The results show that tensile strength and. elongation at break of the composite films increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of the content of microcrystalline cellulose, and the two kinds of me- chanical properties are the best when the content of microcrystalline cellulose is 5%. At the same time, the thermal stability of PVA films can be improved obviously by the ad- dition of microcrystalline cellulose.
