浸渍纳米纤维素膜增强聚乙烯醇的研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过酸碱、机械相结合的处理方法从木粉中提取出高长径比纳米纤维素,再利用真空过滤的方法制备高强度透明纳米纤维素膜。所得纳米纤维素膜浸渍到聚乙烯醇水溶液后真空干燥制得纳米纤维素膜/聚乙烯醇复合膜。经检测,纳米纤维素膜增强型聚乙烯醇的弹性模量提高了200%;纳米纤维素膜的透光率为86.9%,复合膜的透光率高达84.8%。 Nano-cellulose with high length ratio was extracted from wood powder by combination approach of PH and mechanical ways. The transparent nano-cellulose film with high-strength was further processed by vacuum filter. Nano-cellulose/PVA composite film was prepared after immersion into PVA solution and dried the solution. Through the test, the elastic modulus of composite film increased by 200%. The transparency of nano-cellulose film was 86. 9% and the transparency of composite film reached up to 84. 8%.
