摘要
目的:探讨早期干预对婴幼儿人格和情绪社会性发展的影响,为儿童早期综合发展提供理论依据。方法:随机抽取204例儿童分为干预组和对照组,从儿童42天开始,监测至2.5-3岁。结果:2.5-3岁时,干预组幼儿人格趋向发展良好率,高于对照组。干预组较差率低于对照组,干预组和对照组情绪稳定和自我控制、独立性差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。30-36个月幼儿智能发育比较两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组外显行为、失调域、能力域差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组的结果优于对照组。结论:早期干预能促进婴幼儿健全人格和情绪社会性发展。
Objective： To discuss the influence of early intervention on development of infants＂ personality and emotional soci- ality, provide a theoretical foundation for integrated early child development. Methods： Randomly selected 204 children, divided into intervention group and control group. The children were monitored from 42 days old to 2.3-3 years old.Results：The good rate of personality tendency development of infants in intervention group at 2.5-3 years old （21.78%） was higher than control group. The bad rate of infants in intervention group was lower than control group. Statistical significance was presented in the differences of emotional stability, self-control and independence between intervention group and control group （P〈O.05）. There was statistical significance in the differences of intelligence development among infants of 30-36 months old between the two groups （P〈O.05）. The two groups had statistical significance in the differences of over behavior, disorder domain and capacity domain （P〈 0.05）. The results of intervention group were better than control group. Conclusion： Early intervention can promote development of infants＂ healthy personality and emotional soeiality.
