摘要
在氮气气氛中采用固定床反应装置对贵州普安煤进行了热解脱硫效果试验,主要考察在不同热解温度下煤中硫的含量变化。研究发现:随着热解温度的升高,煤损失量呈上升趋势;600℃左右的试验温度可以获得较好的热解脱硫效果,其脱硫率为58.3%;黄铁矿硫较易热解脱除,存在着部分黄铁矿硫转化为有机硫的情况。
The raw Pu'an coal was pyrolyzed in Nitrogen atmosphere in a fixed-bed reactor to examine the sulfur removal efficiency. Focus on the effect of temperature. The results show that the loss of the coal continue to rise with the increase of pyrolysis temperature; the better temperature for the sulfur removal is 600℃ with 58.3 % desulfurization rate; the pyritic sulfur could be decreased easily, and a few pyritic sulfur translate into the organic sulfur.
