摘要 针对现代输液过程中因信息核对和输液泵操作繁杂造成的护士工作量大、工作效率低的现象,设计出一种经过改进的输液流程,并实现了其中的护士站系统软件。在改进的输液流程中,护士通过扫描病人腕带上的二维码将病人信息传输到数据库中进行对比,实现药物信息和病人信息的核对,提高了工作效率。系统软件与下位机的智能输液泵通过基于TCP协议的Socket进行通信,在多通道通信的基础上,实现了利用一次输液总量和预计输液时间自动计算输液速度的功能,避免了对输液泵的繁杂操作。 Aiming at the phenomenon of heavy workload and low work efficiency of nurses caused by information check and burdensome infusion pump operation, an improved transfusion process is designed and a nurse station system software is implemented. In the improved transfusion process, the patient information got by nurse scanning QR code on the identification wristband of patient is transferred to the computer for comparing with the corresponding database to achieve the check of drug information and patient information, so the work efficiency of nurse is improved. Communication is achieved between system software and intelligent infusion pump through socket based on the TCP protocol.And the function of automatic calculation of infusion speed is implemented by making use of the total amount of a single transfusion and the time of the transfusion time based on multichannels communication, the complex operation of infusion pump is avoid.
