摘要
耳鸣病因机制复杂,分类方法繁多,文章对耳鸣分类方法进行整理归纳,涵盖耳源性、非耳源性耳鸣、生理学及病理性耳鸣,涉及耳鸣耐受及严重程度分类、听力学测试结果、主观性与客观性耳鸣等多种分类方法,以便于临床应用。
The etiology and mechanism of tinnitus are complex, and corresponding classification methods are various in the same way. In the study, the classification methods of tinnitus are summarized,of which including otogenic tinnitus, non-otogenic tinnitus, physiological tinnitus and pathological tinnitus, and involving a variety of classification methods based on tinnitus tolerance and severity classification, audiological test results, subjective and objective tinnitus, etc., so as to facilitate clinical application.
