摘要
以乙醇溶液为提取剂,采用索氏提取法提取新鲜柚子皮中的有效成分作为酸液缓蚀剂。通过4因素3水平正交实验得出了具有最佳收率的提取条件。性能评价实验表明,柚子皮提取物作为酸液缓蚀剂具有良好的缓蚀性能。1mol/L盐酸介质中提取物浓度为12g/L时,A3钢片在30℃及45℃条件下的缓蚀率分别为89.24%和75.00%。对提取物作为酸液缓蚀剂的机理进行了分析,吸附等温线分析结果显示,提取物在A3钢表面的吸附模式为典型的单分子层吸附。电化学阻抗和极化曲线分析结果表明,酸液中提取物浓度为12g/L时,钢片的缓蚀率分别为86.24%及79.10%,且柚子皮提取物表现为混合型缓蚀剂,能够同时抑制A3钢片的阴极和阳极反应。
The soxhlet extract method is chosen to extract the active principle in pomelo peel for acid corrosion inhibitor by using ethanol solution as the extracting agent. The optimal extraction conditions are also obtained through the orthogonal test of four factors three levels. The experiments of performance evaluation present that the extraction compound of pomelo peel used as acid corrosion inhibitor has good performance of corrosion inhibition. In the acid solution of lmol/L HC1, when the concentration of extraction compound is 12g/L, the corrosion inhibition rates of A3 steel disc are respectively 89.24% and 75.00% in the condition of 30℃ and 45℃. The mechanism of the extraction used as acid corrosion inhibitor is analyzed. The result of adsorption isotherm analysis shows that the ad- sorption model of extraction on the surface of A3 steel is the typical monolayer adsorption. Results of the electro chemical impedance and polarization curve analysis present that the corrosion inhibition rates of steel disc are sepa- rately 8G. 24%and 79. 10% when the concentration of extraction compound is 12g/L in the acid solution. And the extraction compound of pomelo peel is mixing type corrosion inhibitor, so it could inhibit the cathode and anode reac- tion of A3 steel disc at the same time.
