摘要
以一种咪唑啉类缓蚀剂H03B为主剂,分别与助剂A、助剂B复配制备二元、三元体系污水缓蚀剂,利用咪唑啉类缓蚀剂H03B、助剂A和助剂B不同的缓蚀机理、各组分之间的协同效应,优化了各组分配比,筛选出咪唑啉类缓蚀剂。研究表明,H03B+助剂A+助剂B三元体系复合缓蚀剂,缓蚀率高、腐蚀速率<0.04 mm/a,有较好的经济效益。
An imidazoline inhibitor H03B was used as the main agent to prepare binary and ternary system sewage corrosion inhibitors respectively with auxiliary agent A and auxiliary agent B.The distribution ratio of each group was optimized,and the imidazoline inhibitor was screened by taking advantage of the different corrosion inhibition mechanisms of imidazoline inhibitor H03b,auxiliary agent A and auxiliary agent B and the synergistic effect among the components.The research showed that H03B+additive A+additive B ternary system composite inhibitor had high corrosion inhibition rate,and corrosion rate was less than 0.04 mm·a-1,and had good economic benefits.
