摘要
受原燃料市场和钢材市场供需环境的影响,钢铁企业经营环境日趋恶化,铁前系统降低生铁成本的压力也与日俱增。本文从影响生铁成本的原燃料入手,从高炉原燃料的质量与成分、入炉矿品位以及经济合理的高炉炉料结构等方面,论述了经济料与低成本炼铁的关系。指出炼铁经济料不是一味地使用低价劣质矿就能够降低生铁成本的,而是各个钢铁企业根据自身资源状况而做出的优化选择。
Due to the influence of the raw fuel market and the steel market supply and demand,steel enterprise management environment deteriorating,the pressure to pig iron cost reduction is growing for ironmaking system. The relationship between economic material and low cost ironmaking was discussed from the raw fuel,the raw fuel quality and composition of blast furnace,charging ore grade and the economic and reasonable blast furnace burden structure,etc.. Points out that the ironmaking economic material not used blindly cheap inferior ore can decrease the cost of pig iron,but the steel enterprises make optimal selection according to their own resources.
