摘要
高炉碱害频繁出现,影响日益严重,人们对它的关注与日俱增.烧结矿带入的有害元素在高炉中占的比重最大.本文对烧结矿及原料进行现场取样,重点对烧结矿碱金属进行平衡计算,提出降低碱害的方法.实验表明烧结原料中的K经过烧结工序之后,89%的进入了烧结矿,仅11%的有害元素进入粉尘;铁矿石和溶剂中的有害元素Na,近乎100%的进入烧结矿.
More and more attention has been paid to the harm of alkali metal that often turns up.The harmful elements brought by sinter have the maximum proportions in the blast furnace.The sinter and material sample were obtained by field sampling,and then the balance calculation of sinter alkali metal was carried out in order to put forward methods of decreasing the harm of alkali metal.The experimental result shows that 89% of element K enters into sinter,with the remaining 11% entering into precipitator dust after sintering,and nearly 100% of element Na enters into the sinter.
