摘要
关联数据是语义网的最佳实践,其国际最典型应用体现于军事情报工作中。在阐述关联数据的概念及其"数据"与"语义关联"的本质特征的此基础上,分析了关联数据在情报工作全流程中的具体应用,包括:情报收集的多源异构情报融合共享获取能力、情报分析的智能化关联综合能力、情报发布的开放与知识链接导航能力及情报组织利用的语义结构化与高效检索能力等,并进而提出了我国我军实现关联数据的策略。
Linked data （LD） is the best practice of semantic web whose most typical application is in military intelligence work. The paper analyzes the concept of linked data and its essential characteristics including data and semantic linking. Based on that, the paper also analyzes linked data＇s application in the whole processes of intelligence work. During the course of intelligence collection, linked data can fuse all kinds of intelligence with different structures and from different sources; during the course of intelligence analysis, linked data can realize intelligent linking; during the course of intelligence publication, linked data can be open and locate knowledge and realize discovery; and during the course of intelligence usage, linked data can realize efficient retrieval. In the end, the paper also brings up suggestions for constructing linked data strategy.The research shows that realizing the transcending development of linked data research and application can enhance its combat force contributing rate.
