摘要
本研究以在兰州引种的5个丁香品种为材料,从种群水平上进行花期、枝条年生长量以及种子特征的研究,分析不同品种丁香的花期与生殖特征,结果表明:(1)5个品种丁香开花时间不同,其花期从2015年的4月3日到5月12日,持续近一个半月;其中开花最早的为罗兰紫,开花最迟的为晚花紫;花期最长的为重瓣洋丁香,花期最短的为香雪;单花的花直径最大的为波峰,其次为晚花紫、香雪与重瓣洋丁香,罗兰紫的花直径最小;年枝条生长量最大的为重瓣洋丁香,其次为波峰、香雪与晚花紫,最小的为罗兰紫。(2)5个品种丁香的初花期显著影响其枝条年生长量,开花时间越迟,枝条年生长量越大;但是初花期与花直径没有显著的相关关系。(3)对丁香生殖特征的分析表明其初花期与种子质量、萌发率存在显著的正相关关系,花期持续时间与萌发率也有显著的正相关关系,而其它特征之间不存任何显著的正相关关系。
We had a investigation on of 5 new exotic varieties Syringas artificial population in Lanzhou, China were used as materials to investigate flowering phonology, annual branches growth and the seed characters from population levels and analyze flowering phonology and reproduction characteristics of different varieties syringas. The results showed that:(1) 5 varieties had different flowering phonology, the whole flower phonology persisted one and half months, form April 3 to May 12; Syringa oblata‘Luo Lan-Zi’ was the first to bloom, and S. oblata ‘Wan Hua Zi’ was the last to bloom; S. vulgaris var. plena had the longest flower season, S. oblata ‘Xiang Xue’ had the shortest flower season; S. oblata ‘Buffon’ has the biggest flower diameter, the second was S. oblata ‘Wan Hua Zi’, the other 3 varieties had the smallest flower diameter; S. vulgarisvar plena had the longest annual branches growth, then the S. oblata ‘Buffon’, S. oblata‘Xiang Xue’ and S. oblata‘Wan Hua Zi’, the shortest one was S. oblata‘Luo Lan-Zi’.(2) The early flowering of 5 varieties syingas showed significant impact on the annual branches growth, the later of the flowering, the longer of the annual branches growth, but there were no significant correlations between early flowering and flower diameter.(3) The analysis for 3 varieties syringas that had seeds harvested showed that there were significant positive correlations among early flowering, seed mass and germination, and significant positive correlations between flowering duration and germination, however, there were no significant correlations among other features.
