摘要
现有的高职教育校企合作存在着政府监管职能缺失、高职院校学生实习与企业生产经营的矛盾冲突、利益保障机制不健全、缺乏长期合作机制和规划等问题。要化解这些矛盾、解决这些问题,达成企业与高职院校长期有效的多方面深层次合作,就需要建立政府、企业、院校三方松散联合协作的结构。通过信息技术共享网络平台和会员制,使校企各方面的合作项目任务能够及时有效地得到配置和协调,并借助信约机制、共享机制、保障机制、监管机制和激励机制等,保障校企合作的顺利进行和满足三方的利益诉求。
There are problems now in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational education such as the lack of government regulatory functions, the contradictions and conflicts between higher vocational colleges students＇ practice and the production and management of enterprises, imperfectness of interest protection mechanisms, the lack of long-term cooperation mechanism and planning. In order to solve these contradictions and problems, and reach a long-term effective and deep-level cooperation in many aspects between colleges and enterprises, the paper points out that it is necessary to establish a loose organization of tripartite among government, enterprises and colleges. By sharing network platform of information technology and membership mechanism, the project tasks of collegesenterprises cooperation in all aspects can be timely and effectively allocated and coordinated, and with the help of trust mechanism, sharing mechanism, guarantee mechanism, supervision mechanism and incentive mechanism, the cooperation between colleges and enterprises can be smoothly progressed and meet the interests demands of the three parties.
