摘要
矩阵型组织结构在现代企业中广泛应用,存在于矩阵型组织结构中的冲突问题不容忽视。介绍了矩阵型组织结构的基础理论,并对矩阵型组织结构中的冲突问题进行了本质分析,给出了解决冲突问题的几种办法。
Matrix-type organizational structure is applied in a wide range in modem enterprises. However, various conflicts involved in the matrix-type organizational structure should not be ignored. This article introduces the basic theory of the matrlx-type organizational structure, analyzes the essence of the conflicts contained within, and suggests a number of ways to settle the conflicts.
