摘要
目的探析综合医院儿科建设发展的主要模式,为综合医院儿科发展线路提供一定依据。方法选取2015年1—12月来儿科进行治疗的2 000例患儿为研究对象,此期间对儿科采用全新的建设发展模式,并选取2014年1—12月的2 000例患儿为对照组,对比新模式应用前后儿科患者满意度、每日就诊量和成本差异。结果采取新的发展模式后,研究组患者对服务的满意度高于对照组,由原来的87.95%上升到94.75%,同时日平均就诊量从原来的179例增加到230例,P<0.05;实施后总收入得到提高,实施后年总收入为2 406.89万元高于实施前的2 320.64万元,同时也降低了总成本/总收入,由原来的95.04%变为91.80%,护理成本从原来的12.56元/次降为11.39元/次,主要是通过降低药品、耗材成本来降低医疗成本,P均小于0.05。结论应用新模式能有效促进儿科的发展,完善各项服务的同时突出儿科的特色,增加日就诊量,在加快科室建设发展的同时,提高患者满意度、降低药材耗材的成本来降低总医疗成本,减少患者的经济负担,同时增加该科室的收入,该建设模式值得在综合医院儿科使用。
Objective To explore the major development modes of pediatrics in general hospitals so as to provide experience for its further development. Methods 2000 pediatric patients were randomly selected from January 2015 to December 2015 in our hospital. These patients were treated under the new developing mode and were regarded as research group. 2000 pediatric patients from January 2014 to December 2014 were randomly selected as the control group. The patient satisfaction,the daily patient number and cost were compared between the two groups. Results Under the new mode,patient satisfaction of research group was higher than the control group with an increase from 87. 95% to 94. 75%. The average daily patient number increased from 179 to 230（ P〈0. 05）.The total hospital income increased from 23. 21 million to 24. 07 million after new mode had been carried out.While the total cost / total income decreased from 95. 04% to 91. 80%. Nursing cost decreased from the 12. 56 Yuan per time to 11. 39 Yuan per time. The cost was mainly decreased by cutting the cost of medicines and consumable materials（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The application of the new development mode of pediatrics in general hospital can effectively promote the development of pediatrics,perfect its services,highlight the features of pediatrics and increase the daily patient number. The current development mode is worth extending in general hospitals.
