本文总结担任院长18年来注重医院学科发展(医院规模扩张、设备配置、营房建设及经济效益;人才培养、科研、技术等方面)所取得的成绩和经验教训,并对军队医院如何在地方医疗市场取得生存和发展机会谈几点意见。
In this article development of medical subject, culture of human resources, purchase of equipment, construction of barracks and progress of economy were summarized by a leader in the military hospital located in the special economic zone. Then, how to survive and develop in the fiercely competitive medical market was discussed.
