摘要
大学生就业难问题持续成为全社会关注的焦点,其根源就在于国内外劳动力市场竞争耦合下的就业能力竞争演进。后现代社会,就业能力的开发呈现出从单纯基于显性知识的开发进化到显性知识加缄默知识的复合开发时代,缄默知识层面就业能力的开发则日益成为成败的关键。而当下我国高校大学生缄默知识层面就业能力及其开发存在明显不足,因此,本文结合缄默知识层面就业能力的特性,提出开发大学生缄默知识层面就业能力的策略,包括建立良好人际关系,促进缄默知识层面就业能力的学习;开发隐性课程,构建缄默知识层面就业能力开发的情景;加强实践教学,强化缄默知识层面就业能力的持续训练。
college students＇ difficult employment has become the focus of the whole society, and its root lies in the Labor market competition at home and abroad under the coupling of evolution of employment competition. In post-modern society, the development of employability presents from only based on development and evolution of explicit knowledge to explicit knowledge and tacit knowledge, and employability development on the tacit knowledge level has increasingly become the key to success or failure. Right now, our country college students＇ employment ability and its development at tacit knowledge level is obviously weak, therefore, combined with the characteristics of employment ability at tacit knowledge level, the paper put forward the strategies of the development of college students＇ employment ability at tacit knowledge level, including establishing the good interpersonal relationship, promoting employment ability of learning at the tacit knowledge level, recessive curriculum development, building employability development at tacit knowledge level, strengthening the practice teaching, and strengthening employment ability training at tacit knowledge level.
