皮肤浆细胞增生症一例

A case of cutaneous plasmacytosis
摘要
临床资料患者,女,48岁,农民。主因腰骶部红褐色斑片、斑块4年,于2016年2月16日就诊。4年前,无明显诱因患者腰骶部出现指甲盖大小的3处红褐色斑片,无自觉症状,皮损逐渐增多、增大,近1年累及腹部。自发病以来患者饮食、睡眠可。
