皮肤浆细胞增多症1例 被引量：2

摘要 患者,男,49岁。因胸部暗红色结节1年,面部、双下肢斑块数月于2013年8月13日就诊。1年前无明显诱因左胸部出现1个黄豆大小的紫红色结节,皮疹缓慢增大,向外隆起,轻度瘙痒。曾在外院按＂瘢痕疙瘩＂治疗,效果不佳。4个月后双侧大腿内侧出现硬化性斑块,局部暗红色,无痛痒。自涂皮炎平无效。1个月前面部出现数处钱币大小的红斑,涂＂夫西地酸软膏＂无效。查体：一般状况良好,全身表浅淋巴结不肿大。
