摘要
近年来,油品市场形势日益复杂多变,国内成品油销售企业面临严峻挑战。物流管理是成品油经营的重要一环,提升成品油物流优化和管理水平已成为销售企业增强竞争力的有效手段。文章基于国内某石油公司物流管理实践,从物流优化、信息系统应用、承运商合作、费用控制和个性化服务等五个方面进行分析探讨,认为通过加强成品油物流管理,可有效提升成品油销售企业的核心竞争力。
In recent years, with the increasingly complex market situation, the domestic refined oil sales enterprises are lacing severe challenges. As an important part of refined oil operation, improving the level of management in the logistics optimization procedures has become an effective method to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. Based on a practical sample of logistics management of a petroleum company in China, the article analyzes several important components of logistics management, such as logistics optimization, information system application, carrier cooperation, cost control and personalized service, finally coming to the conclusion to strengthen the oil logistics management so as to enhance the core competitiveness of the finished product oil sales enterprises.
