摘要
基于供应商管理库存(VMI)理论,提出一种新的成品油物流配送模型,即同时考虑供给方的配送费用和加油站的库存费用的整体优化模型。为降低求解该模型的难度,初步确定油罐车与加油站的对应关系后,将该模型分为库存分配模型和带时间窗的旅行商问题模型。应用结果表明,对于较大规模油库配送中心的配送活动,新模型优化结果良好。
In this paper, on the basis of the VMI theory, we proposed a new finished product oil distribution model that simultaneously considered the distribution cost of the suppliers and the inventory cost of the gas stations, then developed the process for the solution of the model and at the end, through applying the model in practice, demonstrated its effectiveness.
