摘要
根据广州本田目前的零部件采购物流现状进行分析,寻找其存在的不足并提出相应的解决方案,包括VMI、集货物流、建立区域DC、以及基于遗传算法的旅行商问题优化,来达到减少采购成本的目的。
The paper analyzes the current situation of Guangzhou Honda＇s procurement logistics, finds out the disadvantages and puts forward the solutions, including VMI, Milk-run logistics, establishment of local distribution centers and optimization of the Sales man problem based on Genetic algorithm.
