摘要 煤加氢气化技术副产大量的半焦,若将其制成半焦浆后直接作为湿法煤气化的原料,从根本上解决副产半焦的综合利用问题,可大大提高了煤加氢气化技术的经济效益和能源的利用效率。针对半焦的特性,对半焦的成浆性进行了试验研究,基于半焦制浆的试验结果,提出了半焦制浆的工艺流程,为后续煤加氢气化技术半焦的处理提供参考。 Large amount of semi-coke is produced as a by-product from the coal hydrogasification process. If it can be made into semi-coke slurry and then directly used as feed for wet-process coal gasification,it will address the comprehensive utilization issue for the by-product semi-coke,and thus can significantly increase the economic benefits for the coal hydrogasification process and energy efficiency. Experimental research was conducted for the slurryability of the semi-coke,and based on the experimental findings for the slurry made from semi-coke,the process is proposed for making slurry from semicoke,which will provide reference for processing of semi-coke from the coal hydrogasification process.
