摘要
针对湿法煤气化工艺的特点,分析了水煤浆、高压纯氧及粗煤气等物料的火灾危险性,讨论了煤气化厂房在生产中的火灾危险因素,计算了粗煤气泄漏后发生爆炸或形成喷射火时的影响范围,提出了湿法煤气化厂房所应采取的控制点火源、防止产生爆炸性混合气体、及时发现和处理事故等防火防爆措施,以及寒冷地区封闭的煤气化厂房所应采取的泄压及通风措施。
Based on the process characteristics of the wet-feed coal gasification,the fire risks of coal water slurry,pure oxygen with high pressure and crude gas were analyzed,the fire risk factors of the plant house were discussed,and the affected areas of the explosion and jet fire caused by escaped crude gas were calculated.Some methods were advised to prevent fire and explosion in the wet-feed coal gasification plant house on controlling ignition source,preventing forming explosive gas mixture and discovering and handling accidents promptly.The methods of pressure relief and ventilation of enclosed plant house were also discussed.
