摘要
运用细胞生存活力测定实验(MTT)研究华蟾毒精对肾细胞癌Caki-1细胞的生长抑制情况,采用倒置显微镜观察药物对人肾腺癌细胞形态的影响.通过MTT细胞生存活力测定实验发现,华蟾毒精对Caki-1细胞的生长增殖有明显抑制作用,且具有时间和剂量依赖性.体外实验表明,华蟾毒精对肾癌细胞增殖有较为明显的抑制作用,为肾癌的治疗找到了新的治疗策略.
Using cell viability determination of cinobufagin on renal carcinoma Caki-1 cells growth inhibition test （MTT）. Inverted microscope was used to observe the drug effects on human renal carcinoma cell morphology. By MTT cell viability experiment found that significantly inhibited the growth and proliferation of cinobufagin in Caki-1 cells, and has a time and dose dependent. Through in vitro study found that cinobufagin has obvious inhib-itory effect on the proliferation of renal adenocarcinoma cells for advanced renal.
