介绍了收缩城市的概念和内涵,阐述了精明收缩理论在国内外的应用,论述了工业废弃地在整体规划、产业转型与土地置换、生态修复与景观重建三个方面的更新策略,为收缩城市工业废弃地更新提供了思路。
The paper introduces the concept and connotation of the shrinking city, illustrates the application of the sharp shrinking theory at home and abroad, indicates the renewal strategies for the industrial wastelands including the overall planning, industrial transfer and land replacement, ecological fixing and landscape reestablishment, so as to provide some ideas for the renewal of the industrial wastelands of shrinking cities.
