摘要
目的分析失独老年人心理健康状况及其影响因素。方法选取2014年5月—2015年5月某市市区和郊县失独老年人186例为观察组,并选取同期非失独家庭老年人200例为对照组。比较两组患者社会支持评定量表(SSRS)评分、90项症状清单(SCL-90)评分、一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分及简易应对方式问卷(SCSQ)评分,并分析失独老年人心理健康的影响因素。结果观察组健康状况差于对照组,再生育意愿优于对照组,SCL-90评分、消极应对SCSQ评分高于对照组,主观支持、个人利用及总分SSRS评分、GSES评分、积极应对SCSQ评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,积极应对、消极应对是失独老年人心理健康的影响因素。结论失独老年人心理健康水平明显降低,且积极应对对失独老年人心理健康有积极影响,消极应对对失独老年人心理健康有负面影响。
Objective To analyze the psychological health level and the influence factors of the elderly parents who lost their only child. Methods 200 elderly parents who lost their only child were selected from May 2014 to May 2015 in the urban and rural as observation group, and 200 non - elderly parents who lost their only child were selected as control group. The social support revalued scale （ SSRS） , symptom checklist 90 （ SCL - 90） , general self efficacy scale （ GSES） , simplified coping style questionnaire （SCSQ） were compared between the two grpups, and the influence factors of psychological health of elderly parents who lost their only child was analysized. Results The observation group of health condition was worse than control group, and fertility intention was better than control group, SCL - 90 score, SCSQ score of positive coping were higher than control group, SSRS score of subjective support, personal use and the total score, GSES score, positive coping SCSQ score were lower than control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Logistic regression analysis showed that positive coping, negative coping were the influence factors of the mental health of the elderly parents who lost their only child. Conclusion Psychological health level of the elderly who lost their only child is obviously lower, and positive coping has a positive impace on psychological health of them, negative coping has a negative impace on psychological health of them.
