摘要
党的十八大指出要"努力实现高校毕业生更充分和高质量就业",因此,高校如何科学地评估大学毕业生就业质量,院系如何有效地提升大学毕业生就业质量等问题研究需要深入的开展。文章以实际工作经验为依据,构建了切实可行的毕业生就业质量评价体系,并探索总结了行之有效的院系毕业生就业质量提升计划。
The Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC pointed out ＂Efforts to achieve college graduates more fully and high-quality employment＂, therefore, how to scientifically assess the quality of college graduates employment, how to effectively improve the quality of college graduates employment needs to carry out in-depth research. Based on the actual work experience, this paper constructs a practical graduate employment quality evaluation system, and explores the effective employment quality improvement plan for college graduates.
