摘要
甘蔗机切割器的振动直接影响砍蔗的效果。根据试验研究可知:切割器安装位置和刀盘的转速与切割器的振动有直接的关系,因此有必要对这两个因素进行试验研究。为此,使用LMS前端采集切割器的振动,选择相关的因素和水平建立正交试验设计表,通过正交试验设计处理测试的数据,并结合直观分析的结果得出了切割器振动量最小的工作条件。在此条件下对刀盘进行模态测试,试验结果表明:刀盘的低阶频率成功地避开了刀盘转速的激励频率,该方案案下切割系统的工作性能比较稳定。此结果对工程实际应用的甘蔗机切割器的安装和选择刀盘工作的条件具有指导意义。
The vibration of the sugarcane machine cutter directly affects the effect of cutting sugarcane , according to theexperimental study, cutter installation position and the speed of the cutter has direct intluence on the vibration ot the cut- ter,therefore, it is necessary to study these two factors. Using LMS front-end test the vibration of the cutter, select the relevant factors and levels to establish a table of orthogonal experimental design, using the orthogonal experiment design processing the data of the test, combined with the intuitive analysis results, it is concluded that the cutter vibration quanti- ty minimum working conditions. Modal test was carried out on the cutter , the test results show that the low order frequen- cy of cutter successfully avoids the excitation frequency of the cutter head. It is also proved that the performance of the cutting system is relatively stable. The result has a guiding significance for the installation of sugar cane machine' s cutter and select the speed of the cutter.
