摘要
目的调查分析山西省临床检验15项质量指标现状。方法利用网络平台,向辖区内598家医疗机构临床实验室发放调查表。对规定时间内回报的数据,利用Microsoft Excel 2003、SPSS13.0进行统计学分析处理。结果 194家实验室回报结果。13项以率统计的指标再用σ度量评价,有10项总体σ满足最低可接受水平(3σ),其余3项总体σ水平均<1。不同等级医院实验室和不同专业之间部分项目有显著差异。不同专业常规检验前周转时间约为30 min,急诊检验为10min。不同专业常规检验中周转时间在30~180 min,急诊在20~60 min。结论通过本次调查研究了解到检验中的质量控制工作相对薄弱。实验室应加强信息系统建设,保证可靠的数据采集和常态化的监控工作。
Objective To analyze the status quo of 15 quality indicators in Shanxi Province. Methods Using network platform, 598 questionnaires were issued to clinical laboratories of medical institutions. The data reported within schedule time was analyzed by Microsoft Excel 2003 and SPSS13.0. Results Totally 194 laboratories submitted the survey results. 13 indicators expressed in rate were further evaluated with sigma(σ)scales. The overall sigma levels of 10 indicators were higher than minimum acceptable level (3σ). The rest 3 indicators’ overall sigma levels were all 〈 1. The rates of quality indicators in different scales of laboratories and diverse disciplines were significantly different. In diverse disciplines, pre-analytical TAT of routine test was 30 min, and of emergency test was 10 min. Intra-analytical TAT of routine test was 30~180 min, and of emergency test was 20~60 min. Conclusion Through the investigation and study, it is found that intra-analytical quality control was relatively weak. Laboratory information system construction should be strengthened to ensure reliable data collection and normalized monitoring work.
