摘要
为了研究口服五氯柳胺对大鼠的急性毒性,试验对SD大鼠灌胃给药,观察7 d,记录死亡数,并用简化寇氏法计算半数致死量(LD_(50))及95%的可信限。结果表明:五氯柳胺对大鼠的急性毒性LD_(50)为3.707 g/kg,95%的可信限范围为3.148~4.365 g/kg。说明五氯柳胺为低毒物质。
To study the acute toxicity of oral administration of oxyclozanide in rats, the SD rats were orally and intragastrically administrated. The rats were observed for 7 d, and the number of deaths was reeorded, while the simplified Karber＇ s method was used to calculate the median lethal dose （ LD50 ） and 95% confidence limits. The results showed the acute toxicity LD50 of oxyclozanide in rats was 3. 707 g,/kg, and the 95% confidence limits ranged from 3. 148 to 4. 365 g/kg. The results indicate that oxyclozanide is a low - toxic substance.
