摘要
板翅式换热器底部两相流体的均布多采用注液封条技术,该技术已经普遍应用于陆上中小型天然气液化工厂,但晃动工况下注液封条内部流体均布研究较少。设计一种注液封条结构,采用ANSYS ICEM CFD软件建模并进行网格划分,建立数学模型,借助ANSYS FLUENT软件模拟计算不同横摇条件对注液封条内流体均布性能的影响规律。
Liquid seal technology is normally used for two-phase fluid uniform distribution at the bottom of the plate fin heat exchanger. The technology has been widely used in land middle and small-scale natu- ral gas liquefaction plants. However, the fluid uniform distribution in the liquid seal under shaking condition has almost not been researched. A kind of liquid seal structure is designed, and ANSYS ICEM CFD is em- ployed to design a model and the mesh is divided. The corresponding mathematical model for the liquid seal structure is established. ANSYS FLUENT software is adopted to simulate the influence rule of different hori- zontal sloshing conditions on tluid uniform distribution performance in the liquid seal.
