微燃机回热器设计参数对其性能影响分析

摘要 本文对不同结构微型燃气轮机回热器的回热效率及阻力等性能进行了比较分析。研究表明:随回热效率的提高, 板式及板翅式回热器总体积上升,阻力升高。另外,板式换热器在满足阻力条件下,可以通过改变板间距取到最小体积。在同等回热效率要求下,板翅式回热器体积远小于板式,其紧凑度更高,而阻力上升也不明显。 Comparative research on Micro-gas turbine's recuperator with different structure is carried out. Micro gas turbine's recuperation efficiency, resistance, etc. are deeply studied in this paper. It is showed that, more total volume of the plate or plate-fin recuperator is needed if the required recuperation efficiency is higher, and the resistance will also be higher. In addition, minimum volume of the plate recuperator can be gained by changing the gas-air plate space proportion. Under the same required recuperation efficiency, plate-fin recuperator's volume is far smaller than that of plate recuperator, and it is more compact and the rise of friction resistance is not obvious.
